We perform minimum tolerance tests on the product

During the production cycle, we carry out statistical checks on the pieces by performing accurate minimum tolerance tests, to avoid even the most microscopic imperfection. The whole production process is constantly monitored and traced with precise techniques.

The detection of quotas for the control process is performed with a software (Mitutoyo) dedicated to the collection and analysis of data.

The company is equipped with a Metrology room with the most modern certified control systems: profilometer, roughness tester, profile projector, durometer, microscope, optical camera system, altimeters, micrometers, comparators, pads, rings, gauges, bore gauges.
